Welcome to AKKA Karate USA - Independence

Established in 1986 we have been serving the eastern Kansas City Area for the last 25 years as part of Kansas City’s largest professional martial arts organization. We are committed to offering the finest in high quality martial arts training, conditioning, character education, leadership training and personal growth and development for students of all ages. AKKA – Independence is part of the larger, national AKKA Karate USA organization that has been teaching martial arts around the US since 1973.
